Transfer of proprietary and other rights on photos occurs on the basis of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and reached agreements, processed in appropriate way documents not contradicting the current legislation of the Russian Federation ("Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Part Four)" of 18.12.2006 № 230-FZ)
